There they are again, the complainers on duty who think they are something very special and are supposedly treated so badly! We have been using the citizens' office for twenty years and have only had the very best experience. Process today: I wrote an email about an appointment, shortly afterwards a phone call that I could come in an hour. Drove there, the best, friendly and quickly served. Instead of being happy to get an appointment at all (see other Cities), will be mossed for what it takes. People are ashamed and it's best to stay away. Then you don't need yourself for to be ashamed of your behavior !!!!

-06.07.2020- Currently you should expect 2-3 hours of queues in front of the building, no appointments are made, ideally be there by 0700 in the morning. The employees can feel sorry, try their best to keep the organizational excellence under control.

Unavailable, nobody has answered the phone for 4 days. Try to call again every hour. If, for example, in the town of Schifferstadt you can do everything online (forms) in Speyer you can't do anything online you can only download the forms as a PDF and that's it. Do I have to send it by post? Is it 1930 or what? Please don't push everything back to this Corona please. Even if everyone works from home, you can pass the phone on so that at least someone can provide information. I also have no answer to my e-mails. This is really very sad.

Very friendly and extremely hard-working employees! It is understandable that one has to expect waiting times in the current situation, the more I was pleased about a call within a short time to an email and another call back, in which one could offer me an earlier appointment, thank you!

The lady at the front desk is very unfriendly. You don't like to answer the phone too. That is actually not acceptable as a figurehead for the city of Speyer.
