Yoga classes at Claudia are effective and relaxing, soothing to the body and mind! Highly recommended, if you want to switch off from hectic everyday life.

The seminar in the monastery was just right for me. A quiet spiritual place with unbelievably delicious food. The yoga was demanding, but with just the right breaks. There is enough space for the exercises! The theory part was very appealing to me. Thank you again! I will gladly come again!
