The Wilhelmsbau Museum is highly recommended. It looks like a horror cabinet, especially if you visit it in the dark autumn evenings. You can find showcases over showcases with ugly dolls, rooms with creepy mannequins in old clothes, a dungeon with human skeletons in iron chains, weapons, dead animal heads on the wall and stuffed dead animals of all sizes. Be careful if the historical musical instruments suddenly start playing during the tour. Beware of the elderly lady at reception. The fact is that she does not return a friendly "Hello" and is sure to be up to something bad. You see a lot, but learn almost nothing about it. We liked it very much.
Lovingly designed. Number of exhibits increased since last visit. Somewhat kitschy, some. Rarities guaranteed. Staff well ... certainly interesting for fans.
Nice exhibition with exhibits mostly from the Wilhelmine era. Is included in the entrance to the Technikmuseum, so a visit is worthwhile for those interested.
1. Old lady at the reception at first as far as "nice", then rude as well as, "Thank you" and "Please" and the "goodbye" did not exist even though you said thank you or even bye, drawn properly bad face.
2. The museum itself, absolutely not our case, really bad, 3 floors, in the first two repeats much you feel, play instruments, play instruments, costumes, half-naked statues, erotic a little blah blah blah ... the Third floor was the best "HIGHLIGHT" you can say. There you could see weapons, soldier costumes, historical things, where everything was limited, too little, boring, a total of real garbage, just as I could have looked at pictures on the Internet and would have just as much of it. Incidentally, people with wheelchairs or families with prams have no chance there.
Conclusion: money waste, sparrt dear the money, everything boring and too little and too bad.
I uploaded the best pictures, so the best thing about this museum!
Zero stars!
Very nice costumes, nicely arranged
