Personal prescription for chronic illness was not accepted by the staff. The reason was given. "The name of the recipient must be on the recipes" I have been using the prescription twice a month in another pharmacy for 2 years without any problems.

I left my recipe for the Nuvaring here. However, I was not really given advice, so it was only after looking at the package insert that I noticed that the pack only has a shelf life of 3 months. Unfortunately this is not compatible with my cycle. When I asked for an exchange, I was told that nothing could be done now that I had opened the pack for the instruction leaflet. So a third of the money I invested has now been lost. In the future I will go back to my main pharmacy, where I will receive detailed advice before the medication is distributed. Too bad. Addendum: Now I am blamed for this, although I was not informed about the short shelf life in your pharmacy or was even asked when I should start taking it. As such, I was not told anything about the drug, except that I should store it in the refrigerator. Advice looks different. I find your behavior here just outrageous.
