Very good pharmacy :) The staff is very, very friendly and competent. If you have a problem you will always be given immediate and friendly help. Mr. Fickel the owner is very nice and always has an open ear for all problems. Ms. Dinh the pharmacist and alternative practitioner always helps you with naturopathic medicine and takes a lot of time to explain everything in detail. The other employees are all very courteous and kind. What is still very positive is that if something has to be ordered, the medication is delivered to your home free of charge. The colleague who delivers the medication is a very nice woman. Overall 5 stars from me There are seldom such pharmacies where you feel that you are in good hands.

Unfortunately, the staff member refused my request for an antipyretic medicine for my little daughter and, contrary to medical advice, told me that I would do the wrong thing to give her the juice.
