Must agree with all the bad comments here! All the good employees at the bank are gone and if someone new comes, they'll be gone a short time later! The contact person for business customers has changed approx. 4 times in the last 3 years. After that you don't even know who is responsible for you. simply bad and the account management fees are also increased for less service. Just ridiculous. That's why I simply changed banks, both privately and commercially :-) Now I'm satisfied :-)

Leave you without anything. Laws are relatively irrelevant to them, "Sepa transfers take 48 hours," the aunt chats on the phone, although I have already mentioned 6 times that it is an ONLINE transfer, the word digitization seems to be a foreign word. Here again for ALL of your employees, maybe print them out and print them in the employment contract;) If you make a transfer in online banking, in this case we speak of an electronic transfer, this may take a maximum of one banking day. Specifically, this means that your transfer should generally reach the recipient's account within less than 24 hours. Edit 09/28/20 // If you wanted to fix the problem, you wouldn't repeat the problem again. Answer to the impulse mail is still pending, I will now switch banks and take legal action if necessary. Gamble with other money but not with mine!

I felt treated and treated unkindly.

The service times are really for the unemployed.

Hello dear Sparkassen online team, Of course, Mr. Piehl is absolutely right when he says that the service at the Sparkasse (Neumünster head office in any case) has been rigorously reduced in recent months and to the detriment of the customer. 1 instead of 2 main counters occupied, no more coin counting machines, account management fee doubled with repayment when using EC cards when shopping at companies that are largely non-existent here, dismantling the EC machines and fewer staff at the information stands, combined with endless queues. That is also part of the truth and what this should bring to the advantage of the customer is not revealed to me in the least in your post. The Sparkasse's measures are, of course, pure cost savings, which are unfortunately borne by the customer. Well, ironically, I find with satisfaction that at least you don't take an entrance fee when you enter the bank (not yet)! Kind regards M. Franzen
