I was a customer of Sparkasse Südholstein for a long time and was very satisfied for years. However, that changed suddenly when I received a letter in which I was informed that from now on account management fees would apply. In this letter I was also informed of the amount and the option to cancel - but NOT that I have to pay fees for every online transfer, payment by EC card, etc.! So after exorbitantly high fees were charged for each campaign, I immediately decided to cancel. I have another account with another Sparkasse and pay a fraction of the account management fees and - in my opinion of course - no fees for every transfer or every amount I pay with an EC card! My termination was initially tacitly accepted until I received another letter in which I was asked to make an appointment with my bank advisor. Unfortunately, this was not an option given the branch opening times, so I tried the phone. Result: my advisor was constantly on schedule. I tried it by email: no reply. So the subject was over for me. Yesterday I was in the branch again to withdraw money. Because I only have one account with another savings bank, I was unable to select notes and only received large bills. So I went to the counter to change them into smaller bills, but the lady told me that would only work if I were a customer of Sparkasse SH and not at Sparkasse Association in general - WOW! If the JOB of a bank is not, among other things To change banknotes I really wonder why not all branches are closed and completely switched to online banking.

Unqualified cheeky expressions without appreciation for the customers are apparently part of daily business there! Those who serve their customers so disparagingly and indifferently need not be surprised by a star. A rating profile of just over 3 actually says everything about this bank ... downward trend ... Update after feedback from the Sparkasse: Of course, I can imagine that you will want to clear up the incident. I wouldn't necessarily be enthusiastic about such a rating! However, neither my son nor I are interested in hearing your feigned apology. Your advice was so poor and cheeky that we are not interested in your apology! There is no worse customer service than your bank. Incidentally, the VR Bank in Wittorf Mühlenstraße 19B, just a few steps away from you, has a smooth 5.0 rating! Maybe you should think about that! Update a good year later: The rating from just over 3 fell to 2.6. A value that shows that this bank doesn't care about reviews. Incidentally, it is not uncommon for children to receive a bonus when they open an account for the first time! And if you don't care about children, your coworker should at least refrain from making derogatory remarks. You see, even more than a year after opening the account, I haven't forgotten the incident ...
