Coach Eddy is a super nice guy. He brings your body to your limits.

Great training. Eddy pushes you to the max and is at your side with words and deeds. I feel very comfortable here.
Coach Eddy was my best decision in 2020. At the end of September I came to Eddy with multiple problems. UA severe overweight and problems of the musculoskeletal system and the resulting severe back pain. My decision a lot on the large nutrition plan and the 1x weekly training. Sure, personal training is not cheap ... but you should rather ask yourself, "What am I worth to myself?" And that investment in myself has paid off 1,000,000,000 times. Div. Kg less, hardly to no back pain, an unbelievable well-being and an ingenious side effect ... I can't tell you since when I slept so often. I don't think so often in my whole life as in the last few months.
Eddy and his team with Kjell and Marina have extensive knowledge, a lot of passion, the necessary toughness to let you grow beyond yourself and are at your side with advice and action.
Thank you for being here and I'm looking forward to an amazing 2021 with you.

Definitely one of the best in the field. He is very competent both personally and professionally. I can only recommend it and recommend it to anyone who wants to change something.
