I spoke twice on tape because I would have informed myself about a self-defense workshop and would have registered with 4 other girls if necessary. Unfortunately there was never a call back, which gives me the impression of a total cucumber troop .. have now registered elsewhere. Apparently they don't need it ...

My son has made the course self-assertion twice. They have learned a great deal with a lot of fun and games. Highly recommended the course

Here you know where you are. Nice customers and friendly staff who make you realize they know what they are talking about. Everyone is helpful and no one is too happy to take care of you and to instruct or assist in the handling of sports equipment. In addition, the premises are basically clean and the course schedule is well coordinated.
