Good courses and appreciative trainers. Even if you are a beginner.
I was there on a karate course. The trainers know what they are doing and can convey it excellently. Unfortunately, the place is very far from accessibility. Lots of stairs
The devices are spread over a large area and on two floors. Very friendly staff and for extra requests everyone is happy to help. There is always someone there who can measure blood pressure or explain the devices that you haven't had or are unsure of. A sauna area is also there to relax. Large changing rooms with lockers to lock. Easy to reach by bus, as the bus stops almost exactly in front of the door every half an hour.
I only rate the kids karate course. Really great coaches who respond to the children and also teach need-oriented. The courses are offered twice a week and you are allowed to watch as a parent. Changing cabins and toilets are provided. And after the training, you can buy ice cream in the lobby for the children or you can drink your coffee there. Playfully, the children are taught karate there. Class!
Great shop with a lot of good coaches and a nice environment with people like you and me.
