I was a member of this company for 3 years in the object cleaning. The wage - € 132.00 - for the last 10 working days was withheld, because I allegedly did not fulfill my hours. THIS WAS MADE WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION BY Beyersdorf. For 3 years I have not seen a caretaker, have washed the cloths of the company, so there is less work for Beyersdorf and you do not have to drive from Neumünster to Lübeck, without payment or credit hours in my private washing machine! When approaching the company according to this pattern, you do not have to ask yourself why the company a) is constantly looking for employees and b) I have left this "exploitation company". Oh .... at times, where you have worked over the estimated 2 hours, there was of course no money ... no, that was then own fault ...... I think how to deal there with reliable employees not very much Good. In addition, the divisional management, who could not thank you enough for the good work, then just hangs up on a call that was about the money - SUDDENLY not responsible anymore ...... if more companies do so with their co-workers aggieren, it is no wonder that some people prefer to go "Hartzen" than work !!!!!! (I do not belong to that, I was a side job)

After a period of being very disappointing with the company, I am using my good maturity very intensively, so I will be thinking about leaving the company in the near future. Which is still thinking. if nothing changes for me here at Beyersdorf in a positive way, because I will have to go the difficult way as it is a shame. But first I'll give the company time to show itself from the better side, maybe something else will change.
