I've always been satisfied. I'm not quite sure, but I think things are usually cheaper because of discounts etc. I was mostly, if not always, given a discount but all information without guarantee :)

I've been a customer for a long time and I can't say anything bad. The boss is super friendly. The employees are technically up to date, always have a smile on their faces, always friendly and helpful. The Aesculap pharmacy is the best in all of Neumünster ..

State-of-the-art pharmacy with good advice. Very nice staff and centrally located. Several doctors available in the building and in the neighborhood. Barrier-free entrance and there is almost always something to buy.

Has deteriorated in the last 10 years more and more. I used to be a regular customer there, today I'm not going anymore. Unfriendly staff replaced more and more experienced employees, the modern presentation also has disadvantages in terms of clarity.
