Unfriendly service and over-priced face masks.
It can not be that one of the stressed-out pharmacies woman (mediocre German) is pissed off because all customers are so unfriendly and annoyed ..... och'm not unfriendly but also nothing for the lady apparently has chosen the wrong profession.

Very nice staff .. the damme on the phone has understood my concerns. Super nice advice always gladly again.
