Friendly service, delivery date for unavailable medication always met. Particularly commendable: despite renovations of the Freesen Center between October 2019 and October 2020, this pharmacy is still open and offers its usual service.

Very unfriendly service, yesterday was there to let me measure blood sugar came to 18:50 in the pharmacy (officially open until 19: 00h), despite the fact that we are regular customers and no other customer to use, I was sent away very rude on the grounds one would like to conclude, with such a service you do not have to be surprised if you order everything in the internet in the future

Very bad. I wanted to buy a cream. When I asked the employee for cheaper alternatives, it said only there was none. I told her I always had a different brand. It was not even checked in the PC. When I saw at home on the internet that even that same cream in the partner pharmacy in the city was almost half cheaper, I called and asked if I could buy the cream I bought 10 minutes ago (closed and with a receipt). I was told that would not work and I decided to buy them myself. For me, definitely the last purchase in this pharmacy! Customer-friendlier it is not!

I will look for another pharmacy from now on. Here is an attempt to turn the customer homeopathic remedies, even in real suffering. This has happened twice now. Here's an example: Due to a lack of iron I was prescribed the juice Floradix during pregnancy. I did not tolerate this. As a better tolerated "drug" I was given a homeopathic remedy. An iron deficiency diagnosed by the doctor can not be treated by a homeopathic remedy! If I had not noticed that it was a homeopathic remedy, I would have been under-supplied with iron. In my opinion, this is a grossly negligent behavior. As a customer, I did not study pharmacy or have been trained as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant, which means that I need trust in the pharmacy of my choice. Personally, I think nothing of homeopathy - if our pharmacies can already sell these remedies, the "effectiveness" is supposed to increase, the more diluted it is, then at least I expect that I am advised that it is a homeopathic remedy and can refuse the purchase. My trust in this pharmacy is over. In my opinion, this pharmacy did not understand the responsibility it bears for the well-being of its customers. That is not how it works.

Again and again. Great advice. A drug was not available from the manufacturer. It was said I should ask again tomorrow. We asked the doctor in an unbureaucratic manner and the next day I could simply pick up another one.
