January 9th, 2021: // Order discussed with Mr. Steingräber Sen. in September. Sometime in October someone came, looked and may or may not have dealt with the order and the problem in the house. Since then nobody has heard from the company. Months have passed now and I am now commissioning another company

So for me the company is not professional, someone came by quickly (I think the son of the company), but it was said on site that someone would answer. After a week of waiting, we called and they said it was It was clear that we wouldn't do that. Then they wanted to check it again and again no one answered. We're only talking about a water riser. Finally, my screwdriver was accidentally plugged in. It took over a month and several calls to get it back The sad thing is that it was as good as new and when it came back it was completely dirty and scratched. We didn't get any more information about whether the work was going to be done. We have now decided on a friendly and competent company. I have to say that the advice was more of a fantasy than reality. The fact is ... This company is not recommended. The employees either talk rubbish or not to each other. You don't need orders, and the advice is rather dubious.

Super friendly, reliable and inexpensive and respond to customer requests. They came to us for the first time because our oil heater failed and our actual heating technician didn't feel like driving the way. So the Röschmann company called and a short time later they were on site. Was started immediately. Since the heating system failed again and again and we wanted to switch to gas anyway, we got a price directly. The estimate was then revised again and Zack, now we have our super high-tech gas boiler for a few days. We can highly recommend the company, if there is anything you can call and they will help, and not even overpriced. Thanks for the smooth process .
