Great work and a lot of effort!
Since there was a leak in our pipe - and I was flexible in terms of time, the Tietgen Dispo team was able to plan me into the day trip at relatively short notice - so the communication and scheduling was great!
The on-site employee was very friendly, absolutely competent, explained everything in great detail and immediately knew how to fix the error. The repair worked quickly and without any problems. I am absolutely satisfied and can only recommend the company to anyone who values good service and clean work. It couldn't be better.

Absolutely unreliable in the appointment. Dates are "forgotten". The work done is good. But unacceptable for workers since reliability is a foreign word there. Appointments are simply not noticed. "Only late" would be almost ok.
