On October 6th, 2020 I wanted to transfer 750 € to Nepal at an exchange rate of 1 € to 137 Nepalese rupees and unfortunately I did. I was of course informed about the fee of 12 € and accepted them. After the transaction was completed, I received my receipt (in two ways): A conversion rate of 121 Nepalese rupees was used. That's just 12% difference to the current rate ... For this transfer, that's about € 84 "exchange rate difference" and € 12 fees - almost 13% of the total. The clerk was very nice and the transaction was handled well. Nevertheless, from my point of view, these "fees" are absolutely anti-social.

Friendly and competent advice. Uncomplicated and immediately I could exchange currency. The house bank could not do that.

Very expensive! I wanted to exchange € for $ 25, that should cost about € 3.6 "commission". I find that pretty outrageous.

I've been using the bank for 20 years for my travel funds and Western Union transfers. So much competence can not be found in any other bank. For every question comes the correct answer like shot out of the gun. The fees are also fair.

RIP OFF. What is declared here as an "exchange rate" and the usury fees should be displayed. I can only URGENTLY advise against. Guys, check the courses and fees beforehand, DRAMATICALLY cheaper elsewhere. And if the "company" comes with the number, they kept a lot of currencies in stock, don't be left out ... because the competition from them has that too, just WITHOUT rip-off like this "bank". DO NOT GO THERE! Seriously there is another way. DO NOT GO THERE !!! Something should be closed.
