Access is permanently blocked and the employees on the phone are also not useful. It is also incomprehensible to me how to confirm your new banking password with a tan for which you also need the forgotten password. Wow real.

Cash withdrawals with the Visa card (= free of charge) are now almost never possible. If asked by the Sparkasse, this would definitely be the DKB and not the Sparkasse. You can then use the checking card for a fee. The online depot is an absolute disaster! The custody account is often not available, which means that no shares can be bought or sold. On days like today (24.03.2020), on which you want to actively trade the market impulse and realize profits, incredibly annoying !! In addition, the order fees of € 10 to € 10,000 are simply too high and out of date. I will look for another direct bank as soon as possible.

Actually, I have been a customer of the DKB and have recommended the bank to friends. After switching to two-factor authentication is so catastrophic, I have to be ashamed of this recommendation. It is incredibly embarrassing how poorly the implementation is done and even more embarrassing how the remedy of these problems is tackled.

Who has no problems, also complains. Not. Please do not forget that. I am the DKB customer since 2014 and very satisfied so far. Sometimes you can not reach by hotline, but sometimes you get through after five minutes, just like everywhere these days. The PSD2 conversion went without problems for me. Had previously chipTan and suddenly you could set up pushTan uncomplicated by smartphone. So without a letter but just release the smartphone via chipTan, done. For me, everything was always super processed, even foreign transfers to Thailand were carried out within 1-3 days. For 0 € account management fee and 0 € costs for card, transfers, direct debits, etc., the DKB is incredibly good! I think mobileTan (via SMS) is better than pushTan (App). Unfortunately, the DKB still has no SMS Tans. And that you still can not make real-time transfers, is not so great .. But so far, not many banks
