The new opening times are unbelievable. This is not good customer service! There is only one branch in the city center of Münster and it is only open three days a week! :(

I'm really disappointed... Was Sunday with my older mother to the Sparda bank to get a bank statement and my mother needed some money. All bank statement printers and the ATMs didn't work! So today I went again on Monday and wanted to get money at the counter for my mother, but there was no one there! I think it's a real shame that there is only one Sparda bank in Münster and this is still closed if you have a personal concern. Sad sad😲👎

Had to do with 3 employees regarding follow-up financing, felt very well advised, everything was transparent, employees were very friendly, took their time, you can always get an answer within 24 hours via the banking app, I'm satisfied!
