Every now and then defective or empty machines. Otherwise everything runs smoothly including printer. Clean and, if at all, short waiting times. Catching staff is not always easy if something is wrong. They are nice (2 out of 2 times). Do not be frightened earlier in the morning because there is a smelling lifeless figure lying on the right: is not dead, is sleeping d. R. there

I wanted to change euros to USD. There are no information desks in the entrance area where to go, just a lot of ATMs and very long lines at the desks. When I found the cash register, I was informed that foreign currency was only issued to current account holders of the Sparkasse. ?!? Doesn't this Sparkasse want to make money?!?
