I've been doing Pilates for a year now with Ninja, Nicole and Co and can totally recommend it. At first I was a bit skeptical, because after doing yoga in another studio I always had insane pain in my hip joint, but here they make sure that the exercises are done well. In addition, there is no spiritual blah, which has always bothered me personally with yoga. Personal pain zones (for me the shoulder blades again and again) will be dealt with up-to-date if necessary. I don't want to be without Pilates anymore.
Super nice and competent team.
Training is always fun, is incredibly varied and time flies by.
