It's fun and very effective, great trainers and a very nice studio.
Very nice team, always helpful. The personal trainers are sometimes at a different level, what you notice when you do not perform an exercise (completely) correctly and one part is corrected, the other part either does not see it or .. ?? There is still room for improvement here. Otherwise good atmosphere and support, unproblematic scheduling / date shift.
I can only recommend the training to everyone. Very motivating trainer. After an intervertebral disc surgery 2 years ago I am getting in better shape now that I have been training weekly on Warendorfer Str for over 1 year. The tips on nutrition are great too. Keep it up, I'll stay with it for life.
Very good training with great success (I've been there for 1 year), visible muscle growth. Training is fun and varied, the trainers are very motivating and the studio is clean and modern. Plus my own endurance training, I feel sufficiently active in sports.
Can highly recommend ems and grade this studio.
I've been there for over three years. How would I feel and how would I look if I did not go every week? Probably, no, certainly worse. I am now a convinced follower and recommend a bit of stamina in addition.
