Unfortunately, a minor disaster since the merger with Fitnesssworld. I used to like to train in the family studio. Today everything is uncoordinated and unreliable. I have sent the cancellation of my contract to the Impuls email address. No reaction. When asked, they said that I would have to give notice to my colleagues at Fitnessworld. Legally a bit questionable when you have teamed up and only operate under the name Impuls and the contact details for the Fitnessworld colleagues are nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, the new colleagues are very unreliable in communication. Sometimes you don't get an answer for weeks. And when it comes to the money that has been debited too much, sometimes not at all. In the first lockdown, customers were asked to continue paying despite the closure. In the second this request no longer came. The fact that you unfortunately don't want to continue paying in the second lockdown and would like to have at least two monthly contributions back remains uncommented. When asked twice, neither a response nor a transfer. Overall, from the Fitnessworld side, a super unreliable and incompetent, if not even dubious demeanor. It's a shame that I don't want to train here any more in the future. I expressly exclude my colleagues from the Impuls team from this criticism!

Staff very friendly, pleasant atmosphere, new equipment. Everything is great, I am very satisfied.

Nice staff and open to all questions. Courses are really great and really fun. I'm looking forward to what will be shown after the renovation. The Fitness World, which now merges with the impulse, also makes a very good impression on me. Very nice and competent team, which certainly brings in fresh wind. We can look forward to good things. Keep it up.

Catastrophe! I did rehabilitation there 7 times. But then I had no more desire. After a few weeks I was told that I still pay the 10 € for the card, although I have done that long ago (have receipt of it), then I was informed by phone that I should bring the prescription from the doctor again, because they I can not find them anymore (but I definitely left them there) and finally I was told that I had supposedly signed an additional contract for equipment, which I definitely did not do. They should bring some order to their chaos! Not recommendable!
