Great coaching team and the training is fun and very effective. Very relaxed and personal atmosphere in the small and chic studio.
The trainers are all very nice and individual training requests are always taken into account. I also love booking appointments via the app! I always feel really good after every workout and I can already see the first progress! :)
Excellent!
I was in the studio for the first time on Saturday and at EMS for the first time. I was thrilled from the start. Jan (studio manager) received us super, introduced us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us in detail. The training itself was really good and a lot of fun. The next day there was sore muscles for free :). The studio and equipment was also great. I will probably continue to train as a supplement to the gym.
I've been a member of the studio since the beginning of the year and I'm very satisfied - both with the staff and with the results. All trainers are very competent, super nice and regularly push me to my athletic limits.
The studio and the equipment are always super clean and very well maintained.
The price is relatively high, but worth every penny!
