Very competent and qualified team.
After a detailed initial analysis you will get an individual training plan and will be instructed on the equipment.
During the training, there is always a trainer who corrects you as needed.
If you have questions or problems, the trainers are always responsive and helpful.
The atmosphere is very familiar and I feel very well looked after there.
Professional and very personable team - start with initial diagnostics, individual coordination of the training plans, special attention to your own weak points and development of effective countermeasures.
Very clear recommendation for all people who want to develop athletically and who want to effectively eradicate their weak points. Training at Pro Prevention is simply fun - individually or in a group. Simply great, keep it up!
