We have been waiting for the opening of this museum for many years. Terrible what is happening here.

I have never been to this museum before. How then? Surely ten years have passed since the grandiose announcements of a renovation, has it? I have the feeling that nobody takes this project seriously anymore. The planners must have all studied ... For the first few years I kept standing in front of the door and now thought the time has come. Puff cake. Tool's new album has now been released. The Geomuseum, however, is still waiting for things.

Can the lengthy new construction of the BER (Berlin Brandenburg Airport) outbid? Well, the renovation of the Geomuseum in the tranquil Münster should already take 12 years! In addition there is an interesting article by K. Völker in the online edition of the WN Münster, as of: Friday, 18.10.2019, 20:00 o'clock. Responsible for the lengthy planning is or was the architects office DBCO from Münster (see construction sign). On what basis did the client commission this office? Why was this office commissioned and why did the client watch for so many years and not pull the rip cord before? You do not even want to ask about the taxpayers' money invested here. Or was this project financed privately? It makes you angry! It is a disaster and it is very annoying for the cultural landscape in Münster! We hope that those responsible will be prosecuted with the necessary consequences and that a new, competent and really good architecture office will ensure the rapid reopening of the Geomuseum!
