Two different dates with the company Nellen had, both appointments were forgotten, no cancellation, nothing. In one case: After hours of trying to reach someone, an appointment was made in the next week. In the second case: extra leave taken, only after reminder, when one would come, was canceled suddenly one hour after the actual date. Poor service.
