We got a new heater. From the consultation / the offer to the execution of the work to the handover of the finished system including instruction in the operation, everything was very professional and competent. The fitters worked cleanly and installed the new boiler quickly. All in all a very good performance, we are extremely satisfied! Gladly again!

So far, I've only had positive experiences with Paul Möllers & Sohn. From the appointment and coordination by Ms. Lange to the fitters on site, everyone was friendly, quick and helpful. This is not a matter of course nowadays. Thank you and gladly again anytime.

Very unfriendly and looking to riot. No mask and very resistance to criticism after complaining against the gentleman, no opinion and purification from the company to be expected !!!! The gentleman will NEVER come back to my HOUSE. This is my complaint: Dear Mr. Moellers, First I would like to thank you for the quick handling of my request, and independently, for your nice and accommodating behavior of your secretariat. Unfortunately, I have to realize with displeasure and disappointment that your plumber behaved very badly in our apartment and that without a mask He came to us on time and unfortunately he didn't give me and my daughter a greeting. Then we went to the basement and I opened the door between him where he forgot to say thank you. He gave instructions to bodies that were illogical and strange to me. E.g. he claims that we have to have the cellar keys to the electrical systems in the next house. That we the shots to the house cellar 64 and also to the electrical systems is an interesting assumption. His demeanor was arrogant, irritable, snotty and brushed against riots. He can today again and behaved even worse. So, he even opened my his aggressive doors almost hit my cat. At this point in time I found Klug to retire to the living room. After a few minutes he went out without saying anything and without locking the door. That my cat could run out was probably not considered When he came back to my apartment with his young colleagues, sounding and without introducing him, I was furious. Questions are used as a counterattack and humiliation. I've never seen such an infantile and stupid person who really believes that he wants to get away with such indisputable behavior. In the end I tried to explain to him that he was in my apartment and that he was very antisocial. I received an offer from the company Möllers for a small contract, which I would also like to have awarded to the company Möllers. To clarify a technical question, I called the company three times. Every time I got a call back. Unfortunately, nobody has ever contacted me. If you are not interested in small jobs, you should not make an offer or communicate properly. Unfortunately I can not recommend the company with the experience.
