Goods ordered 12 days ago. Called, sent emails, all in vain. Customer service is an indictment. I can't recommend it in any case. I still don't have my jacket for over 200 euros!

0 worry about customer satisfaction. Badly trained employees, also very unfriendly. A Mr. Burnat telephone customer service is incompetent and very unfriendly. The managing directors Ludger Wonnemann, Felix Schröder and Verena Czaja probably don't make good employees. I can't recommend anyone.

Very environmentally friendly, the things were wrapped in paper. Not a piece of plastic. An example for many.
