Absolutely underground customer service! Defect message is simply "edited" with Autoresponse Emails. The customer is at the end with nothing there, the complaint was rejected. Merchant does not abide by the Amazon Marketplace Terms and Conditions.
A dishwasher bought from Grünspar soon gave up its spirit. For the company Grünspar yes, nothing at first. After being written off as non-repairable, a refund was requested. This should take place according to Grünspar after pickup by a forwarding company. On renewed request I was rather unfriendly by a service representative pointed out that I have to be patient. "IT IS NOT THEREFORE EASY TO FIND A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT SAYS THE DEVICE" But that can not be the customer's problem at all !!!! My recommendation: avoid this company! On 31.12.18 there are the gates, so of course they have nothing to lose.

Goods on 16.12. ordered via eprimo shop. Mail inquiries are simply not answered. Phone calls are lost. After a 10 minute band announcement with energy saving tips the connection is disconnected "because all employees are still talking".
The whole thing happened with every one of my 20 phone calls.

As I have now stated, Grünspar seems to be insolvent and the webshop closes on 31.12.
