Very intensive (and therefore effective), individually tailored training that is particularly attractive for people with less time. The two trainers Rosanna and Svenja do an excellent, professional job and provide variety and the necessary push in training. I had previously wandered through a few studios where I never really felt I was in good hands - here it fitted from day one. Very clear recommendation!

I came with severe back pain and could only take pills. Already after a training session, the pain is almost gone. I do not take any more pills. Just recommended. And the trainers are very nice.

Very good training, due to simple exercises and the current a good muscle building, also suitable for people with little time
