Cannot say enough good things about this box.
CrossFit Aalen is just amazing. The continued feeling of pushing yourself to the absolute limit makes me feel alive. The adrenaline, The sweat, the community cheering for you until the very last rep.
Imagine a world where you might know from the start of the workout that you will finish last or that you will lift the lightest weights... BUT.... and thats a big B-U-T you also know that everyone in there will cheer for you, stand next to you and push you to the finish line... Believe me that place is CF Aalen.
Raimund, the coach, values technique and form above all so if you're concerned about the bad rep of CrossFit this is the box to go to. He's been helping me so much with my mobility issues. He scales certain exercises to my level which is totally cool and not looked down upon by anybody there.
Quit the meathead packed gym full of non-functional machines today and join me at CrossFit Aalen.
