I am currently having financial problems because my mother passed away in September and the Sparkasse is not even a bit accommodating to temporarily guarantee me an overdraft facility. And then they still claim "No, it can't be that other ALG2 recipients have received an overdraft facility from us". I've been a customer of the Sparkasse for 18 years and every time they said, "No, we can't do that, it might be, we won't get our money back. Instead, they let you down instead of turning a blind eye to others an overdraft facility despite ALG2. I feel that I have been treated unfairly. Instead, you have to wait 3 weeks until you have new money in your account and by then I have to starve and die of thirst. You never make a claim or anything else and what you only get back from the savings bank, a kick in the ass.

I do not recommend this branch at all. Customer care is very bad and you are abandoned by them.

Very unfriendly credit department. The Lord should be taught sometimes in decency and courtesy. Too high fees and a condescending kind. We have decided now for the ING Diba. uncomplicated and fast. Account with the savings bank of my partner dissolved.

The unfriendly, arrogant-looking, gray-haired gentleman of the branch management wanted to push me for a loan of 10.000 € further costs in the amount of approx. 3000 € (supposedly required insurance, fees etc) Have our accounts closed there all directly

Stadtsparkasse Filiale Grafenberger Allee 60. Service equal to 0. Information that is needed can only be obtained on request, if at all. . I opened a pocket money account for my daughter in February and on Mother's Day she wanted to buy me a gift and wanted to withdraw money. The card was withheld at the machine. In the branch, she was told "documents are missing, the account is blocked". At the opening, all documents such as identity cards and birth certificates etc. were available. No information by email, phone or even a letter by post. So you can scare away customers. We will close the account today and prefer to go to Postbank!
