If I could, I would NOT assign a STAR, I have been a "customer" of this Sparkasse for 10 years now, just because I moved, otherwise I would have stayed at my old branch. I have rarely seen such unfriendly employees in a bank .. Extremely dismissive, extremely unfriendly, extremely listless and even pejorative! I do not speak for all employees, there is or was a younger gentleman, this is remembered in a friendly way, I haven't seen him for a long time, but especially the female forces (a short-haired one, for example) always seem very arrogant if you like. So there is no service here! Really a shame, I will definitely complain, it can't be that way!

If this branch would close completely and only an ATM would be there, then you would have just as much service as now. Incompetent employees. Incomprehensible!
