The service in this branch is unbeatable! Time is taken for the customer even just before the end of the day! The employees know what they are doing and are very competent and friendly. You would want such a service !! We recommend !

Yesterday evening I came to the branch because nobody could help me on the hotline. I couldn't cope with the online banking access. The lady at the checkout then sent me through to Ms. Gryzbek, who took the time to help me with my online banking problem. I was surprised that they took the time for me. As a customer, I felt very valued. I would love to come back.

As a non-Düsseldorf native, the branch was very easy to find and reach for me. The consultant was very friendly and answered all questions. Although I am a customer of another branch, I was helped. I think it's almost a shame that I actually live further away from the branch. Gladly again.
