For a few months one of the most unfriendly banks in Germany in every respect! Online disaster too! NO callback service, CRITICAL, the customer or a third party is always responsible for all (technical) breakdowns!?!?!? fault! A SHAME WHAT HAS BECOME OUT OF THIS BANK !!! Change the entire management immediately!

The workers here are very aggressive and impatient. You can't do anything here with her. Better go to other branches.

As a customer of Sparda-Bank Baden-Württemberg, there is no way of using transfer forms outside of the state of Baden-Württemberg. So you can have fun with Sparda-Bank in one of 16 (ONE IN SIXTEEN) federal states. BUT THAT'S IT AGAIN. If you move out of this state, then you can either switch to the Sparda-Bank of the new state (there are 15 more FOR LUCKY) or you are smart enough never to open an account at the Sparda-Bank at all. Furthermore: TEO as ONLINEBANKING is not without reason one of the worst rated banking applications.

The telephone hotline is really the worst I have ever met. Don't listen to the customer for adequate service and just hang up.

I was there to apply for online banking for a dependent family member. A power of attorney had already been set up for me at Sparda, but the clerk was too old. My general power of attorney I had brought from the BMJV, which expressly includes the regulation of all financial matters, was not recognized because it did not explicitly list “online banking from Sparda Bank”. I could write a new informal letter and have it signed with this passage. I wish the employee that she never has to take care of a care case and is treated like this. I cannot recommend anyone to be a customer there. Instead, simply switch to a pure online bank, there is no service either, but at least you pay less.
