If there is no star, I would not give one. The worst bank I've seen for 5-6 weeks, no response to emails but the main thing is to send reminders. Very unfriendly employee who put on the face never again I would not recommend anyone!

Very bad support during the corona pandemic! Telephone contact very difficult. No response to emails.

Middle ages bench. No online banking, simple questions will be answered by post with a 2 week delay, absolutely zero digital communication, special repayments should be announced by post, if you wonder. Incredibly complicated processing, luckily got rid of this junk by rescheduling with a reputable bank.
