Today I was very angry about the customer service of Sparkasse Düsseldorf. On the note, to an employee of the branch In Oberbilk that my customer card is no longer working on the bank statement printer, I was asked why I do not do online banking. I explained that I do not want that and continue to print my excerpts in a classic way in the store itself. This is not possible anymore. So they asked me if I would like to order a new card for a fee. Or I would the account statements against (again) be sent a fee. When I asked why I did not get a new card for free, a second bank employee replied in the wrong tone: "We did not break it"! WOWW !!! How should I rate this as a customer now? I did not break the card either. It has no cracks, nor was it kinked. The map is now several years old and expires in 2020. I have been a customer of the Sparkasse for 19 years and my account maintenance fee is debited punctually every month. But there is a problem, I'm just a troublesome customer that nobody wants to help. When it comes to money. SAVINGS BANK .... and when it comes to customer service is not! My friends have advised me to change banks for some time. You used to be at the Sparkasse. And now I think about it too.

Card (foreign bank) got stuck. I tried to reach someone directly - it only took 3 hours to call me back with the message that my card had been sent back to the bank in another city ... well, just that I live in Dusseldorf and now have no money for 1-2 weeks, since I can't just pick them up (working)

Transfer from one account to another (both Stadtsparkasse Dusseldorf) takes four days. (Monday to Thursday, so no weekend in between)
