Everyone in customer service learns to be good and polite with people. Employee of the Eller's citizens' office: "That's not my problem, call Ms. Merkel!" xD it just doesn't get any more outrageous ... there is a general bad / dissatisfied mood, which I would like to avoid again at any time! Unfortunately, absolutely unprofessional.

Was today at 3:20 pm with the lady at counter 6. I've never seen anything like this unfriendly. I wanted to apply for a certificate of good conduct today, but I didn't have my ID but my residence card where my data was. She said that the application would not go that way because it is not an official ID. I got an appointment in Düsseldorf where I always go and I was helped immediately. Never again Düsseldorf Eller Citizens' Office.
