I was there today, I only had an appointment at 5:50 pm but was there much too early (would have waited too) but no, the very friendly man from the security let me into the anteroom because it was so cold and a very, very nice one came Employee and attacked me 20 minutes beforehand because there was just time. I only had 1 appointment for an application (ID) but was able to make the second one for the passport at short notice even though I did not book the appointment. Everything went super smoothly took less than 10 minutes. Gladly there again

Nice employees! At first, the security was not recognizable to me as security - just wore his scarf as mouth and nose protection.

Fast and friendly processing. Thanks to the online appointment arrangement, no waiting times. It can stay that way after the pandemic. Thumbs up.
