Great studio, nice trainer and very good experience !!! I had my first trial session last week. And I'm consistently enthusiastic. There was a detailed briefing, a health check and a detailed body fat analysis, which was also discussed. After I mentioned my personal goals and expectations of the training, I went into the clothes. Everything is provided: towels, sports clothing, even socks. The shower afterwards was a blessing. The training was the first EMS training I've ever tried, so I had some respect. But it started very easy at the beginning of the training. But after the familiarization phase, the exercises started. You can feel the muscles the next day ... But that's probably how it is with sports.
