This fitness studio is a small but fine noble manufacturer ..... Nothing off the shelf like in chains. We are looking for something wrong here. Here the owner deals with the interests of the members individually. You can tell immediately that a lot of passion is connected with a large sporting expertise program. Absolutely top ..... keep it up💪💪💪👍👍👍

At first glance a small but nice studio with a nice owner and competent trainers. However, there is a lack of various places and there is still plenty of room for improvement. The trainers rarely or never check what the members are doing on the training equipment. It is also noticeable that trainers are not always present in the studio. Regrettable! In view of the possible health consequences of incorrect execution, this is a serious point of criticism. If you go to the doctor with complaints, it may already be too late. There is also no regular review and renewal of the training plans. Overall, one relies too much on the members' own initiative. From a studio I expect an electronic management of customer data sets and training plans, regular check-ups and personal analyzes (including performance reviews, body fat control, etc.) at set intervals. The opening times are anything but ideal. This particularly affects the evening hours and especially the weekend. Right when most people have time! The very small studio exudes a familiar flair, yes. However, this results in longer waiting times for the devices, especially in peak times, even in non-Corona times. Some powerhouses block multiple devices at the same time. The towel is simply left on a device for 15 minutes. Some members have long conversations with other members and block the devices for a long time. The trainers should keep a watchful eye here and not just hang on to the notebook. Consideration for all members should always be a top priority. The price level is rather high compared to the big chains. The prices are also increased regularly. You can't get rid of the feeling that the purchase of new training equipment should be paid for by the members. In general: As soon as higher costs are incurred, the studio member has to pay for them immediately. The customer was not actively met during the corona lockdown. This is more likely to be resolved in the background and is not widely communicated. The fact that you couldn't make use of any services for around two months and still remained loyal to the studio is simply ignored and not rewarded. This has more than just a taste, as we say in Swabia! Conclusion: The studio should not only relax in the familiar atmosphere, but also offer something to the members. After all, compared to the large chains, substantial contributions are paid and the opening times are anything but customer-friendly. The current price-performance ratio is below average.
