A colleague recommended this studio and it was amazing! I took the HIIT pilates class on a Tuesday evening and it was a good workout. The studio is small but very clean. The equipment is new. The instructor was very knowledge and warm. She led the class in German and translated in English. I highly recommend this studio! Book now before the spaces fill up! They are running a special at the moment.
The pilates teacher is very good and it can be combined with Osteopathie treatment by Jarrod Russell. You can have different levels of training from starter-traditional pilates till advanced pilates. The training takes place in a very nice studio with modern equipment and pilates reformer. You can get a starter course of 5 sessions for only 85 euro and get to know to this excellent excercise for your body. After these 5 sessions you will start to see a difference on your body. Pilates am Zoo.
I have been training in the Pilates Studio at the zoo for about 1 year and I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere. The courses with Eva are challenging, varied, effective and a lot of fun! During this time I was able to noticeably improve my posture and enormously alleviate my back and pelvic problems. The workout takes place with a maximum of 5 people, so that Eva addresses each one individually and thus gets the best out of it. I especially liked the HIIT course; a full body workout which consists of strength, flexibility, cardio and endurance training, and thus also offers tried and tested athletes a challenge.
