Simply wonderful and only recommended! I am so glad that after the birth of my daughter I attended the "Yoga with Baby" course with Alexandra. She is just an excellent yoga teacher !!! I have already attended some yoga studios / courses before, but have never experienced such good, competent and attentive instructions as with Alexandra. She observes you closely and corrects you immediately or helps you to get into the right position and avoid bad posture. So the course was incredibly effective and a lot of fun! In addition, she lovingly takes care of the babies so that the mothers can do their exercises ... She is absolutely adorable! Thank you for the nice yoga classes !!! Unfortunately we moved away so that I can no longer attend yoga classes ... Greetings from the south
