Every body is of course different; But I can say for myself that I received a very good and successful treatment. Appointments and organization also went very well.
I've been doing the weekly yoga class there for over two years and I'm thrilled! So far all the trainers have been great and the organization through the practice is also going very well! I can really recommend the course!
It is almost impossible to get fixed appointments. Due to the constantly changing therapists, it feels like you always start the treatment over and over again. Invoice for the prescription came without warning with additional processing fees. All in all unprofessional and not customer-oriented!

I don't know what practice they were in, but I can't understand their assessment in any way.
I have been a patient at Richter's Relaxman for 2 years. During this time I didn't even have another therapist. After the treatment, the next appointments are discussed immediately. I had my first appointment within 3 days.
As I said, I cannot understand your negative assessment.
I feel very well cared for there and would recommend Richter's Relaxman at any time.
The team around Mr. Richter and of course he himself is very responsive to the needs of the patients ... they are treated in a very calm and relaxing atmosphere
