With the help of Antje's very professionally guided Iyengar yoga classes, my back pain, which has persisted for years, has significantly eased. Small groups enable Antje to address her students individually and to deal with the "ailments" of her students and to give everyone the help they need.
In summery temperatures, yoga is done in the evening on the roof terrace ... an absolute highlight for me.
I am very happy that I found Antje and her studio.
I have been doing yoga at Antje for over a year now and I am very satisfied. I have been suffering from recurrent leg pain for years, which now only occurs very rarely - which I associate with Iyengar yoga. I would recommend space for yoga to everyone, especially since there is no "mass processing" here, but everything takes place in a manageable group size and pleasant atmosphere. The lessons with Nadine are also great.
As a budding happy ager, the only thing missing was yoga for my complete happiness. Thank you Antje and Nadine for motivating me again and again to "work" on me.
