Very committed trainers who work out an individual training plan for everyone. You can't say no to the offer. The cleanliness was okay and the staff was friendly and tried hard.

In 2015 I stayed with this gym for a year. It’s a great experience. I loved the fitness course a lot, esp. Hot Iron. It was fun and a good workout for strength and cardio. Even tho I’ve been gone for a quite a while, I’ve always missed the course. Back then the staff were friendly and spoke English. And the gym is always tidy :)

I have been a part of the studio from the very first and all I can say in one word is ‘healing’. I just love working out in the studio thanks to my trainer and others, who keep the studio so lively!
