I am so happy to have found Connis Studios: As a new Dusseldorf native, I was just looking for a way to continue my barre workout at the beginning and I am glad to have found a cool oasis with Youpila in which there is so much more to discover. In the meantime, I regularly sweat myself off here as a mom and always feel in good hands with whatever training. The girls always have a positive, honest charisma and you always go home ready, but happy. Keep it up!

Youpila's home base, it all started here. Nobody suspects a studio in the inner courtyard on Kölner Straße where women do barre workouts and pilates. It is precisely this contrast that makes Youpila something very special!
