Appointment made. Bad-tempered employees come - albeit too late and talk to themselves all the time. Problem is not properly resolved. Bill comes and here is the cheek: double working hours billed and like previous speakers, the company becomes very unpleasant if you question this ... Beware of this craft company. Rip off and apparently with a system!

In February we had a broken cistern in the apartment. Then the Lucas company came (in principle on behalf of the owner or the WEG) and replaced the swimmer. Although the fitter (nice young competent man, that's why 2 * instead of 1 *) was only in our bathroom for 10 minutes, there was a tough bill of around 130 euros because, in addition to the travel flat rate, a workload of 1.15 hours was charged. When you complained, you were harshly turned away. Moon prices, rip off, fraud. NEVER MORE LUCAS.
