Hands off!
The craftsman of the company dirty and damaged our car during repair work and did NOT report himself. We had to talk to the company about it and the managing director refuses to accept liability for the damage, although the damage is clearly from the craftsman. My opinion: You don't need such a craftsman and such a company - hands off.
Just called a very nice lady. I was looking for maintenance of the gas boiler at the end of the year (last week of December). Unfortunately, all the appointments were already full, but the woman on the phone was so nice and looked for contacts from other companies. Super Service!!! We recommend. If the work is only half as good as the service, you can't go wrong here.
We can join the negative reviews. We have only had bad experiences with this store. First, you do not know what service means here. Hardly any appointments can be arranged, you will not be called back, even if you appear PERSONALLY in the store and ask for feedback. Secondly, the order has not been completed until today, partly because of lack of feedback, but mainly because 3 times a new reason was invented, which is why the repair can not take place. Third, 2 parts were simply taken, so we had to order them again at our own expense. Our e-mail, in which we refer to the theft and the lack of service, has not reacted to this day.
Very unfriendly, repair was allegedly carried out, but device still defective, solution could not be proposed by the company, it also lacked any information about the state and the work carried out. In my opinion, totally incompetent, and the repair could not be done better or outrageously overhear .... or both :(
I have been a satisfied customer of Halbig + Kopfer GmbH for years. I have already renovated my bathroom and modernize my heating. The employees take a lot of time for one and help with questions. Again and again!
